I went there this morning knowing that I was gettin free chick minis as that is what they did to honor us loyal chickfila customers on every Monday in November. They always have good service. Yes the drive thru line can get verryyyy long as this is a popular chickfila! Beings that I am the duchess of this Chickfila overall I am very satisfied with this location.!

I feel compelled to update my previous 5-Star review because the level of service that THIS Chick-fil-A continues to exhibit! We order LARGE catering orders from this restaurant at 1-2 times per month, if not more. They are always on time, they are always courteous, and most of all they live the Chick-Fil-A creed. Today when we ordered an order for about 45 people to cater a lunch event and they did what they always do - IMPRESS! Not only were they on time, not only was the food fresh, but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to show us their appreciation to us. I don't think it is appropriate to discuss what they did for us in a public forum, because they DEFINITELY went above and beyond. Needless to say this location has earned our business from today, moving forward. As as side note, we order from a lot of restaurants in the Tech Center, and we have never been treated like this... hats off to the GM/Owner/Catering Manager of this restaurant. They have options for everyone and it shouldn't be classified as fast food. Chick fil A is definitely in a league of its own. Are you there S Truett Cathy? It's Tiffany, your biggest fan. I went this morning and there was only two cars in the parking lot....absolutely unheard of! When I lived in Charlotte I was completely spoiled because it seems like there was a Chick Fil A everywhere--including one across the street from work which was totally dangerous. So when I got an email saying that Chick Fil A was giving away a free breakfast entree this week, the first thing I did was check out where the closest one to my work was. Park Meadows, are you kidding me? I avoid all things mall since I can't take the normal people turned idiot drivers once in the vicinity of the mall. I figured that if I'm going to visit this one it may as well be at 730am when the mallrats wouldn't be out. Again, there were two cars in the parking lot.....more proof that Chick Fil A is a gift from the gods. I got my free spicy chicken biscuit on and added some additional buffalo sauce on it and was in a state of spicy bliss. Buttery fingers, mouth on fire and empty parking lot=winning. PS-For those looking to get some free wifi, check out Chick Fil A for breakfast. If you're lazy, they will bring you your food and still say my pleasure plus there is usually no one dining in.

Eh, not bad for a fast food joint. They did mess up my sandwich though. I paid for the deluxe and they forgot the cheese and tomato. The nuggets were good and I appreciate the fact that they have a ton of different sauces to choose from. My favorite was the honey roasted BBQ.

I could not say a bad thing about this place. I am an executive assistant for a huge culture based company and we order ALL THE TIME from Chick-fil-a and have never had a bad experience. One time we did an order for breakfast and they arrived 5 min late (happens all the time) but we had a manager call later and comp'd us off a future order which we appreciated, especially being in a customer centric world, these are the little things that matter. Over the past week and a half we did multiple orders with this same location, and David was gracious enough to be patient and flexible to make modifications throughout the week with a smile. Today as a thank you they provided us with some promos for free sandwiches that my office is going to go crazy for. This location truly goes above and beyond for their customers and I can say with confidence that we will continue to bring our business here without a doubt.

Spouse loves the Chicken Sandwich on a wheat bun with the Chik-fil-A sauce. I love the 12 piece chicken bites with one sauce of each...ok, I need two of the Buffalo Sauces. This place is almost always busy. Best time to go is early just before lunch. Love the REAL carnations on each table. We came here for lunch during the workweek and wow, can you say efficient? I've never been to a fast food restaurant as busy as this Chick Fil A was (a good indicator that it is good, yes?). They had a parking lot attendant who oversaw cars turning into the drive thru lane; cones/signs to indicate where cars should go; you order to an actual person who has a handy menu you can hold onto and order from. The line was ridiculous when we got there and we almost left for another option, but we were seriously in and out within 10 minutes. That's what I call good service.

Staff here is not up to par with chick-fil-a standards. We have been big fans and long time customers of chick-fil-a. normally they have great service, they are fast, and NEVER get our order wrong. Not to mention the food is great. Today I went through the drive thru during breakfast hours with 2 $10 gift cards that were sent to us by my mother in law. The line moved quickly until it got to me. I proceeded to pay the 18 dollars with my gift cards and the girl at the counter told me one of them was not working. The next girl came over and was very polite and told me that there was an error on their end. She said the manager was going to fix it or just comp the remaining balance (I was still upset because I would have lost the $2 balance but no biggie). The manager came over, didnt say a word then accused me of using a card with no balance or that my mother in law gave me a bad card then proceeded to charge me the difference. The girl behind her realized they were charging the same card twice! No apologies and 13 minutes later with a massive line of cars in the drive through, they process the payment correctly. When I drove off I realized they did not give me the card back with the balance. Now I am irate. I get home and our order is missing a breakfast sandwich. I dont have the time or energy to deal with them again. every other chick-fil-a is a 5 star but this one combined with todays experience puts them at a one.

Chick-fil-A is the best food I ever tasted besides my mom's and dad cooking. The closest Chick-fil-A is in Littleton Co to me. I love their food so much I go there every Tuesday. When I ordered my food I got chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce and fresh lemonade. It is great for little kids because there is a play set to play while they are waiting for your food Also after you eat you can if you are little.I used to love to play on the play set. Their food is not that unhealthy because it is not fried chicken. You have a choice to get waffle fries or a fruit cup but I always get the fruit cup because I love to stay healthy. If you are looking for a place to stay healthy and eat chicken. Then you should go to Chick-fil-A. I think Chick-fil-A is a great place to eat at. Last the waiters there are so nice you have to be a [A] student to work their. That is why I love Chick-fil-A.

My only suggestion is to avoid this location between 11:15AM and 1:30PM. You can tell that the quality of the chicken is a lot better than other places because it's REAL CHICKEN, not that ground up stuff. I love the Spicy Chicken Sandwich! The original is good too! You can get these for breakfast as well, they just come served on a soft and flavorful biscuit.

Phenomenal service!!! We came during a peak lunch hour on a Saturday. It was BUSY!! Parking spaces were limited and the drive through was CRAZY busy as well. On a trip to NC a couple years back, I discovered the amazing wonder that is the chicken biscuit. A calorie density defying breakfast dish, that, if it were made readily available to me, I might have had multiple heart attacks by now. So perhaps it's a good thing that the chicken biscuit hasn't found it's way to popularity in NYC. Instead I have to fly out to Colorado and find myself a Chick-fil-A to get it. I'm not really a fan of this chain, but, in all fairness, their spicy chicken biscuit is just the thing I needed to satisfy my craving.

However I had to sit here waiting on my wife for a couple of hours and the crew seemed to be all excited and each one that walked by greeted me and asked if I needed a refill even though I was sitting here a couple of hours. I really miss having a Chick-fil-a around. I love their sweetened ice tea and for breakfast getting the Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis 4-count, Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit, or Breakfast Burrito (chicken)! For lunch or dinner I used to get the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich with no pickle, Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips (6-count), or Chick-fil-A Nuggets (12-count) with any of these lovely dipping sauces: Polynesian Sauce, Barbecue Sauce, Honey Mustard Sauce, Buttermilk Ranch Sauce, Chick-fil-A Buffalo Sauce, or Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce!

Spicy Chicken Deluxe w/ extra pickle, Waffle Fries, Sweet Tea, Honey Mustard Sauce (3 packs please), and don't forget the brownie. I've ate a LOT of Chick-Fil-A and this is the combo that keeps me coming back. This location is a zoo at lunch, but the staff is top notch and works hard to get you in and out. Is the drive thru line wrapped around the building? No worries, you'll be out in under 10 min and that's padding the time. In fact this is the fastest Chick-Fil-A I've seen in several states so when I say they work hard to get you in and out I mean it. Speaking of In N Out, Chick-Fil-A uses In N Out Burger's trick of putting someone outside on the drive thru lane to take your order when it turns into a zoo. It speeds things up and it prevents messed up orders. One thing to be aware of, parking and getting in and out of here is TIGHT. Be aware of traffic around you. 5 star reviews in my book have to be earned and should not just be tossed out without thought. But in this case the service alone warrants it, the food backs it up. (Note: This is for the FSU: Free Standing Unit and not the Park Meadows Mall location)

I'm not a fan of Chick-Fil-A. All the chicken I've ever had here is soggy and not crispy in any way. Breaded chicken is one of those things that should be crispy. Add in the fact that this location is always a madhouse in a horrible location and you've just got the icing on the cake. The drive thru is always completely wrapped around the building and it's almost impossible to get thru. Horrible, stay away!

I finally settled on my favorite meal at Chick Fil A - the chicken strips. You can get 3 or 4 and I get a side of cole slaw and drink too. It's a pretty filling meal and the chicken has a good, fresh taste. I also like their cole slaw more than the waffle fries. I knock a couple stars off this location because, one, the parking lot is way too small for the amount of business they get. I'm not sure how they can fix that, but sometimes it is overflowing. Also, on my last two visits (in the evening) they were clearly understaffed. I had to wait 10 minutes just to give my order then another 10 minutes to get my order because no one was quite sure how to make more coffee. At least the coffee was hot when I got it. Oh - and they also forgot to offer dipping sauce with the chicken strips both times. Lots of little annoyances, but I do love those chicken strips.

Hooray for Chik Fil A. I love this place. The food is great, it's better than the other fast food choices, and it's not too far from work. There is nearly nothing bad I can say about this place.....except the parking lot and drive thru. This drive thru is the biggest cluster I have ever been in. You loop around to come back and its a confusing set up. If you have to go to this Chik Fil A, by all means go to it...you won't regret it. If you can find one in a different area you are better off because this layout sucks.

After many years of being devoted customers we have decided to spend the 1000 dollars or so we spend a year down the street at Jimmy Johns. Never have we experienced such rude treatment as we did from the management at this restaurant. We have stuck with you even after you have screwed up our orders , handed us cokes only to have the lids pop off and spill in our car , and had our food fall through the bag because your workers don't know how to secure lids on coleslaw , soup etc. But the last time we made a complaint on another screwed up order you said we just want free food! I don't feel like driving back to your store every time you screw up our order , it's not my problem. I was sent a coupon worth 5 dollars after I complained to your corporate office. Chik-Fil-A is obviously the best fast food place. This location is conveniently across from the Hyatt Place, a great hotel by the way. I always try the strips and nuggets, and they're good, but the sandwiches is where it's at. They're open for breakfast and were able to make me a regular chicken sandwich at 9 in the morning. Nice.

I really miss having a Chick-fil-a around. I love their sweetened ice tea and for breakfast getting the Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis 4-count, Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit, or Breakfast Burrito (chicken)! For lunch or dinner I used to get the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich with no pickle, Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips (6-count), or Chick-fil-A Nuggets (12-count) with any of these lovely dipping sauces: Polynesian Sauce, Barbecue Sauce, Honey Mustard Sauce, Buttermilk Ranch Sauce, Chick-fil-A Buffalo Sauce, or Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce!

Spicy Chicken Deluxe w/ extra pickle, Waffle Fries, Sweet Tea, Honey Mustard Sauce (3 packs please), and don't forget the brownie. I've ate a LOT of Chick-Fil-A and this is the combo that keeps me coming back. This location is a zoo at lunch, but the staff is top notch and works hard to get you in and out. Is the drive thru line wrapped around the building? No worries, you'll be out in under 10 min and that's padding the time. In fact this is the fastest Chick-Fil-A I've seen in several states so when I say they work hard to get you in and out I mean it. Speaking of In N Out, Chick-Fil-A uses In N Out Burger's trick of putting someone outside on the drive thru lane to take your order when it turns into a zoo. It speeds things up and it prevents messed up orders. One thing to be aware of, parking and getting in and out of here is TIGHT. Be aware of traffic around you. 5 star reviews in my book have to be earned and should not just be tossed out without thought. But in this case the service alone warrants it, the food backs it up. These guys do fast chicken right! This place was packed the other day when I went to pick up lunch for work. Tasty sandwiches, the BEST nuggets of any fast food chain that I've tried. They are actual chunks of meat, none of that mechanically separated crap! Their condiment selection is second to none! Tip: Don't try going here on a Sunday, they are all closed.

I'm not a fan of Chick-Fil-A. All the chicken I've ever had here is soggy and not crispy in any way. Breaded chicken is one of those things that should be crispy. Add in the fact that this location is always a madhouse in a horrible location and you've just got the icing on the cake. The drive thru is always completely wrapped around the building and it's almost impossible to get thru. Horrible, stay away!

I finally settled on my favorite meal at Chick Fil A - the chicken strips. You can get 3 or 4 and I get a side of cole slaw and drink too. It's a pretty filling meal and the chicken has a good, fresh taste. I also like their cole slaw more than the waffle fries. I knock a couple stars off this location because, one, the parking lot is way too small for the amount of business they get. I'm not sure how they can fix that, but sometimes it is overflowing. Also, on my last two visits (in the evening) they were clearly understaffed. I had to wait 10 minutes just to give my order then another 10 minutes to get my order because no one was quite sure how to make more coffee. At least the coffee was hot when I got it. Oh - and they also forgot to offer dipping sauce with the chicken strips both times. Lots of little annoyances, but I do love those chicken strips.

Awesome food. Horrible parking lot. They need to invest in a better space. The food is so good though, its worth the 20 minute wrap-around wait in the parking lot.

Hooray for Chik Fil A. I love this place. The food is great, it's better than the other fast food choices, and it's not too far from work. There is nearly nothing bad I can say about this place.....except the parking lot and drive thru. This drive thru is the biggest cluster I have ever been in. You loop around to come back and its a confusing set up. If you have to go to this Chik Fil A, by all means go to it...you won't regret it. If you can find one in a different area you are better off because this layout sucks.

Dear, Chick-fil-A - There's something you do to your chicken that I do not know. I wish I could replicate your tasty goodness at home, but I cannot; although, if I could, I probably would not be able to appreciate your whimsical marketing scheme and subsequent tasty goodness nearly as much. Really good service, but always packed. Would benefit from adding a 2 lane drive-in like most of the others in the area. Our order always comes or right though and they are always friendly per usual!

After many years of being devoted customers we have decided to spend the 1000 dollars or so we spend a year down the street at Jimmy Johns. Never have we experienced such rude treatment as we did from the management at this restaurant. We have stuck with you even after you have screwed up our orders , handed us cokes only to have the lids pop off and spill in our car , and had our food fall through the bag because your workers don't know how to secure lids on coleslaw , soup etc. But the last time we made a complaint on another screwed up order you said we just want free food! I don't feel like driving back to your store every time you screw up our order , it's not my problem. I was sent a coupon worth 5 dollars after I complained to your corporate office. To let you know how badly I want to STEAL your food I will be returning your 5 dollar coupon and continue to spend my hard earned money elsewhere! Too bad we had a good run ,

Chik-Fil-A is obviously the best fast food place. This location is conveniently across from the Hyatt Place, a great hotel by the way. I always try the strips and nuggets, and they're good, but the sandwiches is where it's at. They're open for breakfast and were able to make me a regular chicken sandwich at 9 in the morning. Nice.
